RTS, or real-time strategy, is a genre that has never truly made its mark on the consoles. It might be time to rectify that and fix some of the issues that plagued the title.
However, the game was only released on the PlayStation 2 and Xbox. An RTS focused on three separate campaigns for each of the races, the game received average review scores but was praised for its originality. In 2003, developer Zono decided to try just that and released Aliens Versus Predator: Extinction. Predator series lends itself to First and Third Person shooters very well, but that doesn't mean they can't explore other avenues.
